“What if everything you have ever wanted is on the other side of what you call fear?
There are moments in life and in business when we are in a situation that brings up heaviness, sadness, fear, anger or other emotions.
What if those moments did not have to take over your life and body?
Our minds have a way to create a million problems and scenarios in our head and many that are way worse than the situation at hand.
Here are a few tools to consider when “Fear” comes up:
~ First — Tell yourself ………STOP! Yes, STOP it!
Making yourself wrong will not help the situation, will it?
Have you noticed one blame or judgement tends to bring more blame and judgment and will only distract you from creating a solution?
~ Then ask questions. As many as required to change the energy. Some sample questions:
* If this was not a problem, what is this? or What is right about this I am not getting?
*What is required to change it?
* Who can I call that can assist me explore other options?
*What else is possible I have not yet considered?
Questions empower and allow for creativity to initiate. They also allow us to explore from a neutral or gratitude perspective than a judgmental one.
