• The Creative Sessions are scheduled with an initial exploratory session to get to know more about you, an overview of what is going on in your life, health, relationship, or work, your targets and starting to create the new growth journey plan and world of possibilities.
• A second session is scheduled for follow up and additional creation.
• These sessions are a great way to explore, play, change and add more creativity, ease, and possibilities to your life, relationships, and work.
• Each session will include pragmatic tools, resources, and activities for the growth of what you desire.  (If you do not know what you desire, no worries, you can explore that during the first session and create the growth journey plan.)
• An audio and video of the session, Audio loop of activities and additional audios to listen to as often as you like and to exponentialize the growth journey.
